Cancellation/Refund Policy

CCW, LLC takes pride in our product offerings and aims for your satisfaction. The following policy outlines the terms under which goods may be returned and refunded.

Returns

Please contact Customer Service at 505 315-9966 any day between 9AM and 5PM Mountain time or at j@ccwnm.com for a return authorization code.

We will attempt to resolve any technical issues with you. If we can’t resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may return any product purchased directly from CCW, LLC within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition, including packaging, manuals, accessories, and any associated items. Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the return process.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will conduct an inspection and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for bearing the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly encourage insuring your item for it’s full cost including shipping, and provide for tracking.
